We choose vineyards that highlight the bright acidity, citrus flavors and minerality intrinsic to Monterey County Chardonnay while not inhibiting the natural richness of the variety.
Viognier in Arroyo Seco ripens late in the season, allowing us to bring forth a wine with all the soaring aromatics that make the variety so intriguing over an uncommonly composed, subtly constructed body.
